Instruction of filling in the Procurement Infrastructure section:
1. Queries with options in drop down need only one response, while those with options with check box may have multiple responses.
2. Each of your response is liable for field level scrutiny. So please select only what you know to be true and correct.
3. Options which are pre-selected may not and cannot be changed by you. Please respond on the rest.
4. Based on level of requirement, (in order of diminishing importance) options are categorised as 'essential', 'important', 'desirable' and 'poor practice'.
5. You will be graded based on report from your controlling authority on these parameters. Your enrolment as PPS will depend on the gradation.

১. যে প্রশ্নগুলিতে ড্রপ-ডাউন বিকল্প দেওয়া আছে সেখানে শুধুমাত্র একটি উত্তর প্রয়োজন, অন্যদিকে চেক-বক্স বিকল্পসহ প্রশ্নগুলিতে একাধিক উত্তর থাকতে পারে।
২. আপনার প্রতিটি উত্তর যাচাইয়ের জন্য দায়বদ্ধ। তাই দয়া করে শুধুমাত্র যা আপনি সত্য ও সঠিক বলে জানেন, তাই নির্বাচন করুন।
৩. যে বিকল্পগুলি আগে থেকে নির্বাচন করা আছে, সেগুলি আপনি পরিবর্তন করতে পারবেন না। বাকিগুলিতে অনুগ্রহ করে উত্তর দিন।
৪. প্রয়োজনীয়তার স্তর অনুসারে, (গুরুত্বের হ্রাসমান ক্রম অনুসারে) বিকল্পগুলিকে 'essential', 'important', 'desirable' এবং 'poor practice' হিসাবে শ্রেণীবদ্ধ করা হয়েছে।
৫. এই পরামিতিগুলির উপর আপনার নিয়ন্ত্রণকারী কর্তৃপক্ষের প্রতিবেদনের ভিত্তিতে আপনাকে গ্রেড দেওয়া হবে। আপনার পিপিএস (PPS) হিসাবে তালিকাভুক্তি এই গ্রেডেশনের উপর নির্ভর করবে।
